    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for getting back to me Von.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately there is no error on the display when combining both displays.&lt;BR /&gt;I am unaware, how to update my docking station - could you elaborate on that please?&lt;BR /&gt;Lastly, I can't connect both monitors due to limitation of cables. both my screens are HDMI and the laptop has only one HDMI port.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I disabled my lock screen and successfully combined both displays to watch a movie across both screens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To better align the displays, I flipped the &lt;STRONG&gt;orientation&lt;/STRONG&gt; on both monitors to use them in &lt;STRONG&gt;horizontally flipped mode&lt;/STRONG&gt;. However, when I return to the display settings to &lt;STRONG&gt;recombine&lt;/STRONG&gt; both monitors, Windows &lt;STRONG&gt;automatically resets the orientation to landscape&lt;/STRONG&gt;, preventing me from keeping the flipped orientation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H4&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Steps to Reproduce&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/H4&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Connect two external monitors (HP &amp;amp; Lenovo) via a docking station.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Disable the lock screen and extend the displays across both monitors.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Flip both displays horizontally.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Attempt to combine both monitors into a single display.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Observe that the orientation is reset to &lt;STRONG&gt;landscape&lt;/STRONG&gt; automatically.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;H4&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Expected Behavior&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/H4&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The combined display should &lt;STRONG&gt;retain&lt;/STRONG&gt; the flipped orientation instead of reverting to landscape mode.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;H4&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Attachments&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/H4&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;SSU Report&lt;/STRONG&gt; (Attached)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would appreciate any guidance or workarounds for this issue.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;Nasir1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do apologize for the confusion between docking station and docking station&amp;nbsp;firmware.&amp;nbsp;It's good to know there are no errors on the display when combining both monitors.&amp;nbsp;This helps narrow down the issue. This is a bit unusual, so I'll need to do some additional research on this issue.
