      <title>Desktop Freezing - black screens and blue screen</title>

There are already about a dozen threads on this topic, and it still hasn't been resolved. The usual recommendation is to &lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html" target="_self"&gt;uninstall using DDU&lt;/A&gt; in safe mode and then &lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download-center/home.html" target="_self"&gt;install the latest version&lt;/A&gt; after rebooting. Personally, I find that &lt;A href="https://www.intel.de/content/www/de/de/support/detect.html" target="_self"&gt;DSA&lt;/A&gt; works better in this regard. Additionally, Windows Update occasionally downgrades drivers mistakenly, so it's worth keeping an eye on that as well. If you don't mind, could you also check if all TDR values are correctly set in your system registry? You can refer to this &lt;A href="https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/display/tdr-registry-keys" target="_self"&gt;MSDN&lt;/A&gt; article for more details. If the issue persists, I recommend uploading a memory dump to OneDrive (or a similar service), and ensure it's at least an "Active Memory Dump."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;im not using arc control.&amp;nbsp; i have latest drivers.&amp;nbsp; drivers from a month or so ago now dont have arc control.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i did ddu again and installed drivers again so far so good. ill update if it happens again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thx&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
