Hello,
I bought a ViewSonic VA3456-mhdj monitor.
My computer is running Windows 11 with an Intel Iris XE Graphics card.
The screen doesn't work with HDMI; it's recognized but there's no display, the screen is in standby. When I change the refresh rate, it sometimes lights up, but then the definition is 600 x 800. If I change the definition, the screen switches off again.
My Intel Iris drive is up to date. I don't know what else to do. Can you help me?
Thanks a lot!

Djomaz.

I would recommend operating the monitor via the DisplayPort protocol. Please get this cable and connect it to the laptop here:
