HDMI problem for ViewSonic VA3456-mhdj, Intel Iris XE Graphics card.

Hello,
I bought a ViewSonic VA3456-mhdj monitor.
My computer is running Windows 11 with an Intel Iris XE Graphics card.
The screen doesn't work with HDMI; it's recognized but there's no display, the screen is in standby. When I change the refresh rate, it sometimes lights up, but then the definition is 600 x 800. If I change the definition, the screen switches off again.
My Intel Iris drive is up to date. I don't know what else to do. Can you help me?

10 bit (8 bit + FRC)

AMD FreeSync

2 x HDMI 2.0

1 x DisplayPort

To stabilize the display, please try varying the HDMI settings via the monitor's On-Screen Display (OSD) menu:

Settings > Advanced > HDMI EDID

Start with the lowest value: EDID 1.4
If this is stable, you can try increasing to EDID 2.0.

It probably depends on the computer and its connectors whether you can achieve the full resolution. Please specify the manufacturer and model of the computer.

Unfortunately, this screen's OSD access does not allow access to EDID settings.
Is there another way to do this?

Computer is a Lenovo ThinkBook 14, G2 ITL - 14" - Intel Core i5 - 1135G7 - 8 Go RAM - 256 Go SSD - Français.

1 x USB Type-C / Thunderbolt 4 (DisplayPort 1.4a HBR3)

Unfortunately, you cannot use the full performance of the monitor via HDMI 1.4b. I would recommend operating the monitor via the DisplayPort protocol. Please get this cable and connect it to the laptop here:
