Nvidia card drops fps only when vram is full.

you tried using the Display Driver Uninstaller
Driver is installed on a fresh OS in december or so.

installation of the latest Intel graphics driver
I will update driver maybe 1 time per half of the year. The machine is working and other games too.

Hi Mynameforum,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with the performance drop when playing MP4 format videos. After reviewing your setup, I noticed that the graphics driver currently installed on your system is outdated.

To potentially resolve this issue, I recommend updating to the latest driver version. Please download and install the latest Intel Arc & Iris Xe Graphics driver, version 32.0.101.6647, from the following link:

Download the Latest Driver

Updating your driver can often improve performance and resolve compatibility issues. Once you've updated, please let me know if the performance improves or if you encounter any further issues.

Thank you for your cooperation, and I'm here to assist you further if needed.

Best regards,

Dean R.

Intel Customer Support Technician
