GTA V Enhanced When opening the Rockstar Social Club overlay from the “HOME key” with Intel Arc B580

When opening the Rockstar Social Club overlay from the “HOME key” with Intel Arc B580 (Driver: 32.0.101.6647, March 7, 2025, latest version) in “GTA V Enhanced”, which has been available since March 2025, it is loading FPS drops from 500 FPS to around 15 FPS while loading.

Once loading is completed, the FPS will recover from around 15 FPS to 500 FPS, but I think that some processing is causing the problem.

I have tried a clean install of Driver:32.0.101.6647 using DDU, but the result is the same.

Reproducibility is 100% and video is taken.

When did the issue first occur, and has it happened before?
Where did you obtain the game, and was it downloaded or purchased from a specific platform?
Have there been any recent software or hardware changes made to your system?
What are the make and model of your monitor, and what cables or adapters are you using?
Have you tested the game with a different monitor, cables, or on another working system?
Can you submit CapFrameX capture data in .json format, ensuring you have captured the issue at least three times to establish a reliable performance baseline? For each recording, please maintain 3-5 minutes of gameplay; you may follow these steps for guidance on performance issues.

Once I have this information, we can proceed investigating from there. Looking forward to your response.

Q. When did the problem first occur? And has it occurred before?
A. March 15, 2025. The game (GTA V Enhanced) itself has been distributed since March 2025, so we do not know if it happened before.

Q. Where did you get the game? Did you download or purchase it from a specific platform?
A. I downloaded, purchased and installed the game from Steam.

Q. Have there been any recent changes to the software or hardware on your system?
A. I changed my graphics card from a GeForce RTX 4060 to an Intel Arc B580. (I have installed the Arc driver after uninstalling it with DDU).

Q. What is the make and model of your monitor? Also, what cables and adapters are you using?
A. I am using a DELL ALIENWARE AW3225QF (3840x2160@240Hz) and the Display Port 1.4 cable that came with the display.

Q. Have you tested the game on a different monitor, cable, or on a different operating system?
A. No, we have not.

Q. Can you send CapFrameX capture data in .json format, making sure to capture the issue at least 3 times to establish a reliable performance baseline?
A. Attached. However, we were not able to attach the data in “.json format” in this forum, so we are attaching it zipped.

The only way to reproduce the problem is to press the HOME key on the keyboard in GTA V Enhanced.

The problem occurs when loading the Rockstar Social Club overlay when it is displayed.
