      <title>A750 Driver install issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Each time I use the Intel Driver update (clean install)when it reboots to a blank screen. I then have to use the on board graphics. When I do that the A750 is no longer visible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To help isolate the issue, please follow the steps below:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.Update and Reseat Your Graphics Card&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Update your graphics drivers to the latest version: &lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html" target="_self"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.6651 (WHQL Certified)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Power off your system, reseat your graphics card, and ensure all connections are secure before restarting.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2.Boot into Safe Mode and Reinstall the Driver&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Power on your PC and &lt;STRONG&gt;force shut down&lt;/STRONG&gt; by holding the power button (repeat this 3 times to trigger Windows Recovery Mode).&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Navigate to &lt;STRONG&gt;Advanced Startup Options &amp;gt; Troubleshoot &amp;gt; Advanced options &amp;gt; Startup Settings &amp;gt; Restart&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Enable Safe Mode with Networking (Option 5)&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Download the latest &lt;STRONG&gt;Intel® Arc™ Graphics Driver&lt;/STRONG&gt; from the &lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html" target="_self"&gt;Intel website.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Use &lt;STRONG&gt;DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller)&lt;/STRONG&gt; to completely remove old drivers before reinstalling the new driver.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;3.Update Your BIOS&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check your motherboard manufacturer's website for the latest BIOS update and follow the instructions to update it.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
