    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - wonder if you can help with my&amp;nbsp; issue - I've answered some of the questions on the 'read this first' post.&amp;nbsp; Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the graphics driver you are using?&lt;BR /&gt;101.6653&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Confirm you are using the latest WHQL graphics driver available (let us know the exact driver version you are using).&lt;BR /&gt;Yes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A clean driver installation using DDU in safe mode is recommended. Follow this link for instructions.&lt;BR /&gt;Tried DDU - no improvement&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also test using the latest non-WHQL driver. This driver goes through all Intel quality assurance processes and is safe to use for evaluation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tell us the name of the game or application and where to obtain it (Steam, Epic, etc.)&lt;BR /&gt;Battlefield 4 / Battlefield 2042 - Through EA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Provide us with the Intel SSU report from your system.&lt;BR /&gt;If you do not wish to submit the SSU report then at least provide us with the following information about your system:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Processor make and model.&lt;BR /&gt;Intel i5-9600k&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Motherboard make and model.&lt;BR /&gt;ASRock Z370 pro4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Amount of memory (RAM).&lt;BR /&gt;32GB&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Operating System version/build number.&lt;BR /&gt;Windows 11 home 24H2 Build 26100.3775&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Power Supply make and model.&lt;BR /&gt;Corsair CX650M&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tell us the steps to reproduce the issue (this is very important!).&lt;BR /&gt;Play Battlefield 4 - after a short time 5-10 minutes I experience a black screen although the PC is still running I am unable to recover and have to reset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For graphics corruption (per example artifacts, textures corruption or lighting glitches) please use any 3rd party application to capture screenshots or a video showing the bug. Alternatively you may use your phone's camera or similar.&lt;BR /&gt;No corruption/glitching experienced&lt;BR /&gt;All other applications run correctly without fault (I don't play many other games very often. I have tried stress testing with Memtest86, Prime95 and Unigine_Valley-1.0 without experiencing issues&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
