      <description>&lt;P&gt;WHEN I USING THE DAVINCI,MY COMPUTER STOPPING WORK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;THEN I FIND THE ERROR IS IN MY B580&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't use Davinci at the newest drive&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I must rollback my drive to 6632.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But when I use 6632,many games are going stuck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I NEED A GOOOD DRIVE!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I BOUGHT YOUR CARD IN CHINA,SO I CAN'T RETURN THIS CARD AT JAPAN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I HAVE NO METHODS, SO I TRY TO FIND ANSWERS AT THERE！&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First, do not be afraid to release the CAPS LOCK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (&lt;A href="https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-" target="_blank"&gt;https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-&lt;/A&gt; ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)&lt;BR /&gt;[W10 is this generation's XP]&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Please see the questions below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Are you experiencing freezing or crashing issues with the application?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When updating or reverting a driver, do you use the "Clean Installation" checkbox?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried using Display Driver Uninstaller to completely remove the previous driver before installing a new one?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Could you share the settings you are using in this application? Please send a screenshot.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;How did you determine that the issue is related to the GPU?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Have you checked the Event Viewer?
