They cannot be installed (Installation error – 0x80070103). My Intel Driver and Support Assistant reports that my drivers and software are up to date. Graphics driver: 32.0.101.6790 (Date: April 28, 2025, File version: 1.4.304.0, Catalog file: igdlh.cat)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[In the Device Manager, it also lists under Graphics Cards: USB3.0 to DVI Adapter, Vendor Display Link, Driver date December 18, 2024, Driver version 11.5.6380.0 – I should mention that I am using two additional LG monitors alongside the main screen. The desktop is extended to these displays.]&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. My device is a ThinkPad laptop. Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz / Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable) / System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. It came with Windows 11. Due to a migration error after the purchase, Windows 11 had to be completely reinstalled in August 2022. Since then, the NTS Lenovo ThinkPad E15 G2 has been up to date regarding Windows updates. I have never updated the drivers on my OEM website or on your Intel website. All updates have been Windows updates and have been successful so far. For the past few weeks, Windows has been reporting the following Intel updates when searching for new updates: "Intel Corporation - Display - 31.0.101.5388" and "Intel Corporation - Extension - 31.0.101.5388". I have installed the following current drivers from the official Lenovo website (in order):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Intel Graphics Driver (n34iv33w)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. NVIDIA GFE package (r1eng04w)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. ThinkPad Video Features Driver (r1jda25w)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. ThinkPad Monitor (r1emi04w)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The installation was successful. The Device Manager reports no issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;During the Windows Update, the following message appeared: Lenovo - Monitor - 6.14.26.0 completed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, there is still this warning message: Intel Corporation - Extension - 31.0.101.5388 Installation error – 0x80070103&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The download starts briefly, then the error message appears.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So we haven't quite finished yet. Unfortunately, I will be on a business trip for the next 14 days (without this laptop).
