ARC A770LE 16GB Fans Stopped working

After 6 weeks, the fans on my ARC card stopped working. I have reseated the card and re-plugged the power cables. I can spin the fans manually but they come to a stop after a few seconds. Both ARC Control and HWINFO show fan rpm at 0. Driver is 4146. The card is sitting at 65 degrees. Too late to return the card to the Newegg. What next?
