-All of the game is affected including the main menu.

-Issue starts after launching the game. Outside of the game is completely normal.

-I rolled back the drivers, checked the integrity of the game files and did a complete reinstall.

-I did use the DDU to remove the drivers.

-Every single graphic setting is affected all the way to ultra to the lowest. I constantly get 15fps and 10-20 percent gpu usage.

-I can provide it but i don't think it is neccessary since only detail in the screenshot will be the gpu usage and fps which is like i said unnaturally low. I'm using RTSS to measure the details and steam fps counter confirms it.

-I used steam

Note: The game i'm talking about is the Thunder Tier One. However exact same thing happenet to ASTRONEER before. I refunded it so it is not the topic here. I'm telling you this because the issue is not that the gpu isn't enough. Both games' requiered specs are much lower than intel arc b580.

I also have the same problem for astroneer. Probably a driver issue.

Hi Fluzz,

Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum. To assist us in investigating the issue, please provide the following details:

Does the issue occur only during cutscenes? Or does it also happen during regular gameplay or menus?

When did the issue start? Was it after a specific driver update or game patch?

What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?

Have you used DDU to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?

Have you tried adjusting the graphics settings?

Could you provide a screenshot of your in-game display and graphics settings?

Which gaming platform did you use to download the game?

Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU).

Hi Fluzz,

Thank you for the update. To be able to replicate this in my end, I would like to request for the screenshot of the game settings and also like to obtain a CapFrameX log to thoroughly analyze the FPS performance. Kindly ensure that the game would run for a minimum of 2 minutes.

Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU).

I tried to capture with CapFrameX and it gave me a json file so i can't upload it but i have my own custom overlay using msi afterburner and hwinfo. The numbers under gpu section tell you everything you need(The bottom fps counter is broken atm, it is supposed to be 1% lows but i forgot to make it update it so it just tells you to lowest fps it detects). The top 19xx MB's are the total vram usage and the bottom one is from the game. You can see that no matter which settings i choose the gpu usage is around 5% and it runs at 400Mhz. Not even talking about 20 watt usage. I also providede the SSU report. If you really think i need the CapFrameX just tell me.

I finally found out that the game picks my integrated graphics for default. That 400Mhz really bothered me and it was the iGPU's clock speed. I deactivated my iGPU through my BIOS and the game works as intended now. Thanks for your effort though.
