A750 Final Fantasy VII Rebirth DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED

What is the graphics driver you are using?
- 32.0.101.6559
Tell us the name of the game or application and where to obtain it (Steam, Epic, etc.)
- Final Fantasy VII Rebirth on Steam
Provide us with the Intel SSU report from your system.
- attached file
Tell us the steps to reproduce the issue (this is very important!).
- board the plane at the end of chapter 9
- after a second or so the game should crash

This issue was partially resolved in https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-ARC-Graphics/Intel-arc-a750-bad-performance-in-Final-Fantasy-7-Rebirth/m-p/1666780?profile.language=en
where the error showed up at seemingly random times during gameplay. This one happens consistently right when you start controlling the plane (attached image).

Rolling drivers back is not an option, since the error was even more common during normal gameplay on older versions of the driver. I should be able to provide a save file if needed.

When did you purchase your Arc A750?
- 12-07-2024 (dd-mm-yyyy)
Was it working fine before?
- I don't know, I just got to this part in the game
- the error was present with older drivers, but under different conditions (issue linked in original post)
- this is the first game where I encountered this error
Are you using an Intel brand Arc A750?
- yes, I have A750 founders edition
Did you change any settings before the issue started?
- I used a lower graphics preset in the game
- in Graphics software tuning I moved the power limit slider to the max
What is the specification of your power supply?
- Corsair SF750 Platinum
What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
- I tried fiddling with settings a bit but it didn't help (I don't remember exactly what I tried)

Thank you for your patience. We have identified a workaround that may resolve the issue, which involves clearing certain caches. Please follow these steps:

To remove the in-game shader cache, execute the following command:

del /Q "%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH\Saved\*.ushaderprecache"

Additionally, clear the DirectX cache and Intel Shader Cache. If possible, explore more efficient methods:

del /Q %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Intel\ShaderCache\*.*

I would be grateful if you could let me know the outcome, as these files are generally found in the mentioned directories.
