1-I only tried Helldivers 2 and Ready or Not but i think it affects all games.

2-I currently have 32.0.101.6793

3-Ever since i tried streaming through discord.

5-Whenever i try to stream through discord my fps drops by 30. I tried every option from 720p to 1440p or 15fps to 60fps. I have to use a lot of xess or i have to drop my options to get my old fps while streaming. And even then i get stutters than don't normally happen.

6-I use both games at max settings but normally i get over 60fps just fine.

Is it normal? I get constant stutters and my fps tanks even though i'm trying to stram 1080p at 30fps. I'm playing at 100 fps 1440p. I think it should work fine.

Hello Fluzz,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

I would like to know more about your system details to fully understand where the issue truly lies. Please provide the missing key information here:

1) What game(s) are you playing while streaming through Discord that gives you stuttering and low FPS?

2) What driver version is currently installed?

3) Has the issue started only recently, or has it been this way ever since?

4) Provide your system configuration so I can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.

Scan: Check the box Everything.

Click Scan.

Review: When finished scanning, click Next.

Click Save. *Attach the SSU log file as you reply.

5) Describe the performance issue as best as you can. Per example: FPS drop when entering ‘x’ or ‘y’ section.

6) Provide screenshots or describe the graphics settings used in-game.

Per example: Ultra quality preset, video resolution, ray-tracing on, etc. etc.

7) Submit CapFrameX capture data (.json files) reproducing the issue.

Capture data at least 3 times to define a good performance baseline.

I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

1-I already have the latest bios but i checked if there were a new update anyways. There were none.

2-Re-Bar comes enabled as default but i checked it too. It is on.

3- I did use the DDU to do a clean install when i got the card, did it again. The issue prevails.

The problem is with the optimisation of this gpu. We need a new update.

Hello Fluzz,

Thank you for providing the necessary information. However, it seems that CapFrameX was not included in your recent reply. This application can generate recorded FPS data stored in a JSON file, which will greatly assist us in thoroughly investigating the performance issues you're experiencing during streaming. Additionally, it allows us to visually compare your FPS with our test results.

Please download and install CapFrameX, and record your gameplay while screen sharing on Discord. Aim to capture at least 3-5 minutes of gameplay for more comprehensive data. You can find instructions and guidance in the link provided. If the configuration folder isn't automatically created, please create it manually and paste the attached file from the link.

Best regards,

Dhanniel M.

Intel Customer Support Technician
