Was this working fine before?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Did you make any recent changes to the system?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Have you performed any troubleshooting steps?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. If possible, kindly share a short video clip of the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report.       <description>&lt;P&gt;In the game “The thaumaturge”, the game becomes very laggy when playing the instructional video, even with XESS enabled, and I've found that playing any game with a browser or standalone player playing the video in the background results in varying degrees of lag. It seems to have something to do with the driver's video decoding.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
