You informed us on April 18, 2025, that this did not resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On April 21, 2025, our technician noted that the game only recognizes the iGPU instead of the Intel Arc B580. You inquired about the game's optimization for Intel Arc Graphics, and we shared our findings on its performance across various settings on April 30, 2025.
