Onix Odyssey Arc B580 - Linux - Set power and voltage

I've run across an issue with a new Onix Oddyssey B580: The default power and voltage limits aren't set (or they are set incorrectly)

On linux the max power limit reports as "35W" (I think), and I cannot find the voltage. Performance is very bad, the Linux UI is laggy and 3d applications are a slideshow.

I've checked this by installing windows, installing the latest drivers, and witnessing the power and voltage settings within the Intel Control utility to be set to very low, inconsistent values. If I set the Intel values to "100%" of power and voltage, windows performance is great and everything works "as expected".

Where can I adjust the power and voltage targets for my linux installation? I'm not trying to overclock, I'm just trying to use the product as it was intended.

Which Linux distribution and version are you using?
What is the kernel version currently running on your system?
What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
Are you using the default drivers provided by the Linux distribution, or have you installed any specific drivers for the Onix Oddyssey B580?
Have you tried updating the drivers or using alternative drivers to see if it affects the power and voltage settings?
Have you checked the BIOS/UEFI settings for any power management options that might affect the power and voltage limits?
Is there an option to reset to default settings or update the BIOS/UEFI firmware?
