      <title>Arc B580 clock speed drop during streaming</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, yesterday during my first steam session with me new Arc B580 GPU i encountered something odd.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;During group formation in Liberation of Undermine raid my GPU clock speed just dropped from stock speeds to 400 and 500 out of nowhere.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My specs:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Processor AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D 8-Core Processor 3.00 GHz&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;32,0 GB&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Intel Arc B580.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im on a fresh windows 10 LTSC install,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edition Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC&lt;BR /&gt;Version 21H2&lt;BR /&gt;Installed on ‎2025-‎07-‎23&lt;BR /&gt;OS build 19044.6093&lt;BR /&gt;Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19062.1000.0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was streaming with OBS and the game is the current The war within 11.1.7.61967.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I include screenshots and video clip from my stream, on the video pay attention graph to top left.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;@https://youtu.be/_pQZBGkM1e0?si=w_TQ8V1fqLtxPt4k&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards //Sebastian Rissanen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, no hardware changes after upgrading to ARC B580.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have reinstalled windows and intel GPU drivers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not experienced the same issue in other games.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I only have other applications such as steam running.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have set fan manual fan curve.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I olny used the latest drivers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards //Sebastian&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, i used the DDU to uninstall the latest and installed&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;32.0.101.6913 (WHQL Certified) i have been running it for the past day and a half. My experience so far has been better overall playing wow and streaming.
