My PC had change Video card from RTX3050 to ARC770 a few month ago.

When I was playing with RTX3050 on the same PC and the same Monitor, there is no problem at all until I bought a New Arc770 16G.

At the beginning, The monitor just keep changing among white red green and blue with the whole screen.Until I close the Adaptive Sync function in the monitor panel.During the show time I cannot open the monitor menu on the screen.

So I had to try a lot of thing, until I connect a HDMI cable and a DP cable from the Arc770 card to the same monitor at the same time. Then I can turn off the Adaptive Sync. After I turn off the Adaptive Sync, all the problem seem to be solved with a DP cable .And the weirded thing is the Adaptive Sync Function wouldn't work so well when I just use the HDMI cable.Because my monitor only can run 120HZ with HDMI,it can run 144HZ with DP cable. And also when I use HDMI cable, the Adaptive Sync will automaticlly open and locked,I cannot turn it off,Is that normal?

So How can I get DP cable and Adaptive Sync at the same time?I heard Arc770 does support Adaptive Sync ritht?

By the way the monitor is Skyworth F24G3.The Scan detail in teh attach file.

Skyworth F24G3

2 x HDMI 1.4

1 x DisplayPort 1.2

Yes, the Intel Arc A-Series supports VESA AdaptiveSync. This is a feature specific to DisplayPort.

There's a different protocol over HDMI called HDMI VRR, which is only supported with native HDMI 2.1 ports. The Arc A770 doesn't have a native HDMI 2.1 port, and neither does the Skyworth monitor.

I expect you shouldn't have any issues with VESA AdaptiveSync if you connect the monitor to the graphics card using a DisplayPort cable.

Enable it here:
