The time line slows down when editing video through Opencl acceleration

I tried installing different versions of the program and drivers, nothing helped, there are no such problems on the old rx 550 graphics card.

if I turn on hardware acceleration, the video will play normally, but the load will be on the processor.

I wanted to use the Intel ark b580 graphics card for video editing, is the problem with it or the drivers, will the intel arc b580 ever work properly in adobe premiere pro

When Intel organizes support for this GPU for video editing programs, a year has already passed, and you are not doing anything, then why position the board as for content creators, none of the current video editing programs work fine on the Intel arc B580 board

To get a better understanding of the issue and be able to provide an effective recommendation, please provide the missing key information below:

Can you confirm that the software (Adobe Premiere Pro) previously works fine with your old RX 550 graphics cards but having the issue with freshly installed app (Adobe Premiere Pro)?
Can you confirm that the Above 4G Decoding and/or Re-Size BAR Support is enabled inside BIOS setup?
Provide your power supply unit (PSU).
Please share your SSU log file so we could check your system configuration that will be used for further investigation.

Hello, yes, Re bar and Above 4G Decoding are enabled, I tested other video cards and there were no problems with them, my Gamemax 700w Modurar RGB power supply, help me solve the problems with premiere pro video editing software why does the time line slow down the video playback terribly, I attached the SSU file

Hello Bob131,

To help isolate the issue, I recommend performing a clean driver installation using the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) tool. This will ensure that any remnants of previous drivers are completely removed before installing the latest version.

After running DDU, please reinstall the latest Intel Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8247 (Latest). If the issue persists, kindly try installing an older version of the driver to see if there is any improvement in performance. Additionally, please let us know which drivers you have tried for testing.
