    <description>&lt;H3&gt;Try this fix&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Grab the .NET 9.0.3 Desktop Runtime (x64)&lt;/STRONG&gt; manually.&lt;BR /&gt;Go here → &lt;A target="_new" rel="noopener"&gt;https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/9.0&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Scroll down and grab the &lt;STRONG&gt;Desktop Runtime 9.0.3 (x64)&lt;/STRONG&gt; version — yes, even though newer ones exist.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Repair your existing .NET runtimes&lt;/STRONG&gt; just to be safe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open &lt;EM&gt;Settings → Apps → Installed apps&lt;/EM&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Search “.NET”.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;For each one, click the three dots → &lt;EM&gt;Modify → Repair&lt;/EM&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Restart your PC&lt;/STRONG&gt; after that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Run the Arc installer again as admin.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Right-click → &lt;EM&gt;Run as administrator&lt;/EM&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it still complains, open PowerShell and type:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;dotnet &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;--list-runtimes&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure you see Microsoft.WindowsDesktop.App 9.0.3 listed there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still no luck?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Extract the driver with 7-Zip.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open Device Manager → &lt;EM&gt;Display adapters → Update driver → Browse my computer → Have disk&lt;/EM&gt; and point it to the “Graphics” folder inside the extracted files.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>

      <title>Arc b580 installer.exe problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently tried to install Arc b580 newest&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;driver (ver .8247) after uninstalling the previous version&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;(8132)&lt;/SPAN&gt; with DDU, and the installer needed .NET Desktop Runtime &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(architecture: x64, host version: 9.0.3) to be installed first. The links in the pop up message to download the needed .net version &lt;SPAN&gt;didn't work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;(image is attached below). &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Í tried to install&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;the previous &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;driver versions as well (8135 and 8136), but the same issue occured. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I never had this issue with the installer before and the DDU method usually works when newer version needs to be installed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also just recently updated my AMD chipset driver to newest version as provided in the manufacturer's site (&lt;SPAN&gt;7.06.24.2226) and updated Windows 11 64bit from version 24H2 to 25H2 before trying to install Arc driver and ran into this problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;BIOS is the newest version (v1R3), and I also have these .net versions installed (8.0.17, 9.0.5, and 9.0.7).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Your help would be much appreciated. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
