Bem, eu atualizei recentemente. Eu tinha um GTX1060 6 GB, o que me dava 144 Hz a 1920x1080 no meu monitor; no entanto, com minha recente compra do Arc B580, usando o cabo Ugreen HDMI 2.1, ele está me dando apenas 60 Hz a 1920x1080. Baixei o DDU para desinstalar drivers gráficos antigos, instalei os Intel e nada mudou; Eu ainda tenho meus 60 Hz.

Meu monitor é um GN246HL ACER, com entradas HDMI, VGA e DVI.

Hi @Drakkar,

Can we try this step, Install the latest Display's INF file for your display.

Some displays will require an update to their firmware. Consult with your display manufacturer for instructions on how to update it.

I think I've "discovered" the problem, as I said, my monitor has HDMI, DVI and VGA inputs. It seems that the monitor only delivers 144hz over DVI, which seems strange to me, but I think the problem is with my monitor.

Cara, eu to com um problema parecido, eu também tinha uma 1060, mas de 3GB, troquei pra intel arc b580 mas o refresh rate parece que tá em 50hz, tá muito lento, agora se eu conecto meu monitor secundario, que era um DVI, ele fica 75hz normal, isso ligando ele num adaptador de dvi para hdmi para display port kkkkkk, agora o hdmi normal pro meu monitor principal só fica em 60hz que parece 50

The original query for this post was about the Acer GN246HL gaming monitor. It has a native refresh rate of 144 Hz, but can only achieve this via a dual-link DVI connection. This was also confirmed by product testing. When connected via HDMI, the maximum recognized resolution is 60 Hz. This is also confirmed by the EDID information uploaded by @Drakkar in the first post.

When connected via HDMI, this monitor will behave the same with all graphics cards, regardless of the manufacturer.
