      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Intel Arc Driver Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m currently using an &lt;STRONG&gt;Intel Arc B580 GPU&lt;/STRONG&gt; and noticed that both the &lt;STRONG&gt;“Character Dynamic Resolution”&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;“Global Illumination”&lt;/STRONG&gt; options in&amp;nbsp;Genshin Impact (PC)&amp;nbsp;is missing from the Graphics settings menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Character Dynamic Resolution&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Global Illumination&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;On Arc GPUs, both of these features seem unavailable or disabled. Then updated to 32.0.101.8136 via Intel DSA, and finally performed a clean install of 32.0.101.8247 via the driver installer’s clean install option.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Launched the game through the official launcher, through Playnite, and directly via the game executable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Verified and repaired game files — no issues detected&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Compatibility mode (Windows 8 and 7) did not enable higher graphics settings.- The game does not support DirectX 12 or Vulkan.&lt;BR /&gt;- The game does not display GPU models, but defaults to the lowest graphics settings.&lt;BR /&gt;- I only have this GPU available, so I have not tested with another GPU.&lt;BR /&gt;- I started playing the game on the Intel Arc B580 from version 6.0 (Luna I), and I did not see the higher graphics settings at that time either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;**Attachments:**&lt;BR /&gt;- Intel SSU log file as requested.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for reviewing this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
