&lt;LI&gt;If possible, can you share a video recording showing how the perfromance issue occurs (start, mid, or end of the game)?&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Intel Arc B580 | Bad performance overall</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought an&amp;nbsp;Intel Arc B580 Limited Edition card about a month ago and I am having issues with it from the beginning. All the games I tried can run with high fps, but they all have micro stutters, so my fps drops down to around 1-10 fps for just a millisecond, which is really annoying in competitive titles.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In-game settings did not matter, even if I dropped the quality down, locked to 60 fps, still stuttered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some performance issue persist among applications as well, like the Steam client and Firefox lags and stutters too just from an embedded video.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried everything that I can think of. Reinstalled Windows 11 dozens of times, tried different driver version, even installed different linux distros to test, like Ubuntu, CachyOS, Bazzite. But the stuttering still persists.
