      <title>Steam-Efootball gives error after Intel update.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I did the Intel update last Saturday morning. Then, a few hours later, I wanted to play the Efootball game on Steam. However, the game suddenly closed and the Steam application closed (Normally, the Steam application should never close.) A few seconds later, 2 cmd screens appeared, one was blank and the other had the following code; SECCNH pipe name: \\.\pipe\{68327F92-4C65-4484-860D-DA80B61FCDBA}.SoundResearch_CoCl_1.". Finally, it opened the Intel Graphics Software application by itself. I have been experiencing this problem for a few days. All my drivers (nvidia, intel, bios) are up to date. I have tried many solutions but I cannot solve it. I want your help. Thank you in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello, thank you for your reply. First of all, I think the cause of this problem occurred after Windows and Intel updates. I updated both of them last Saturday. I also discovered that the problem is not just Steam-Efootball based. Efootball does not work at all, Epic Games-The Last of Us Part 1 Remastered can be played, but after closing the game, 2 cmd screens and the Intel graphics software application open, as I have included in the screenshot. I think the problem is software related, not game specific. Before these updates, every game was played without any problems. Thank you in advance for your help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am sending the SSU log file as you said. But I couldn't figure out how to do the other one. I know this problem is not just happening to me. I heard it happened to many people who updated on Saturday. Intel or windows update or both are causing the problem. I hope the problem will be resolved as soon as possible. While we're happy to assist you, it's important to understand that&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;generic drivers may have limitations on OEM devices and might not provide the best performance or compatibility&lt;/EM&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since there hasn't been any recent activity from you, I'm closing this thread.
