this is to be a driver regression in version 32.0.101.8425, where performance improvements introduced instability in DirectX workloads specifically Call of Duty BO7 Endgame Mode. The fact that the issue does not occur on version 32.0.101.8331 strongly supports this conclusion. Try to mitigate FPS drops on 8331 (instead of upgrading drivers). In actual game, disable or reduce Water Effects, Lower Explosion / Particle Effects, Set Shader Quality to Medium, Keep V-Sync OFF. Switching to DX11 may reduce crashes for some users, but it often causes performance inconsistency and is not recommended long-term.

Lookin at your system logs it seems like you’ve got two graphics running at the same time ~the Intel® Arc™ B580 and the Intel® integrated graphics. That setup can definitely clash. Try disabling the GPU you’re not using and see if things smooth out.

Issue : When playing Call of Duty BO7 in Endgame Mode, the Game crashes to an DirectX error after round about 20 Minutes in Game.

Got better FPS

Didnt have this Problem with the gfx_win_101.8331 but with that one had Major FPS lags, whenever Water or Explosion FX where on Screen

What i did so far :

Clean with DDU in Windows Safe Mode and disabled Network

Installed the Driver with the "Clean install" Option

Cleaned Cashe on my PC

I wont make a Vid, because its just crashing to the Desktop

SSU attached.

Even this new Hybrid driver they recently released has the same Problems. Ive dedicated apps to each GPU because i had performance problems, running 2 Displays on the B580.

Im allready using eSport settings, V Sync is never on. Ive tryed both, with iGPU on/off , doesnt fix the Problem. A modern Card should easily handle this Game but they cant get the drivers right. To slow or to buggy....

I have the same problem.. but I already fix it. confirm whether Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling (HAGS) is enabled or disabled in Windows Graphics Settings, and test the opposite state if possible. If not already done, try setting Shader Cache Size to Unlimited (or default) via the graphics control panel, then clear the in-game shader cache and retest. Run the game in exclusive fullscreen mode (not borderless) and temporarily disable any background overlays (Discord, Xbox Game Bar, monitoring tools) to eliminate hook-related conflicts

If available, test the game with DirectX 11 vs DirectX 12 (or any launch options that control the DirectX version) to see if stability changes. confirm whether the crash generates a Windows Event Viewer entry or error code around the time of the DirectX failure

~cane
