CS2 FPS Drops From 170 to 100 During Fights

When I enter a match in Counter-Strike 2, my FPS only drops during gunfights and similar situations. Normally, my FPS is around 160–170, but during fights it drops to around 100.

I have already done most of the recommended fixes (enabling Re-Size BAR, Windows performance settings, setting process priority, BIOS settings, and using CaptureX for troubleshooting), but the result is always the same.

Thinking it might be a temperature issue, I replaced the CPU cooler and renewed the thermal paste, but this also made no difference.

Below are my system specifications and the latest CapframeX data (The effect was similar when Win GameMode was enabled.). I would be happy if you could help.

My system:

-Intel Arc A750 LE 8 GB Graphics Card
-AMD Ryzen 5 5500 Processor
-32 GB DDR4 RAM
-Asus B550M-K Motherboard
