Performance Issue with Intel Arc GPU in Roblox and Minecraft

I am writing to report a performance issue I have been experiencing with my Intel Arc A770 GPU, specifically in games like Roblox and Minecraft. Despite these titles being relatively lightweight, my GPU does not seem to fully utilize its capabilities while running them.

During gameplay, I’ve observed that the GPU frequently operates at around 1400 MHz or lower, instead of boosting closer to its expected higher clock speeds. As a result, I experience lower-than-expected FPS and inconsistent frame pacing.

What concerns me more is that I’ve compared performance with other users who are using weaker AMD GPUs, yet they are achieving noticeably higher and more stable frame rates in the same scenarios. This suggests that the issue may be related to driver optimization or how the GPU handles lower-load or CPU-bound workloads.

Here are some additional details:

GPU: Intel Arc A770 16Gb
Issue occurs mainly in: Roblox and Minecraft
Behavior: Low GPU clock speeds (~1400 MHz), reduced performance
Heavy games: Perform normally with expected clock speeds and performance

I have already tried several troubleshooting steps, including:

Reinstalling the latest Arc drivers
Adjusting in-game settings
Monitoring system performance to rule out CPU or thermal bottlenecks

Given that the issue mainly appears in lighter or less GPU-intensive games, I suspect there may be an optimization or power management behavior that is limiting performance.

*IMPORTANT NOTE*

In version 32.0.101.8626 ARC A770 16GB the issue kinda seems patched but its really inconsistant like in the same game sometimes it will work in 2500 MHZ but sometimes it goes in 1450 mhz or even lower and fps gets inconsistent .

I would greatly appreciate it if your team could look into this issue or provide guidance on any potential fixes, settings, or upcoming driver improvements that may address this behavior. I trust your team and I hope your team will fix it, Otherwise its a great gpu

Are you using Intel Graphics Software?
Do you have Resizable BAR enabled in BIOS?
What tools are you using to monitor GPU clock speeds and utilization?
Does this happen in other lighter games besides Roblox and Minecraft?
What resolution and graphics settings are you running these games at?
