      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Bueno S,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please find the attached file/screenshots from the generated report made from the Intel System Support Utility App.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I installed the Intel App you said and ran the scan and submitted the report generated from it here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also as what you said for the first point, I am probably recieving maybe on which is that if I increase the graphics quality/settings in some games like Roblox, my computer or game becomes stuttered, unsteady and not smooth.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for the OEM, I am not sure on that note. I tried looking and researching about them but I am still unsure - Unless if there is another way of doing this if you would like me to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do want to mention that also have you checked my computer specifications through the web link as well as the intel message on the screenshot - it's because I am slightly unsure whether if you haven't seen it already (it's within the first question I posted).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tanzil&lt;/P&gt;</description>
