Have you tried fully resetting the in‑game graphics settings to their default values?
What anti‑aliasing setting are you currently using?
Is HDR enabled in the Windows display settings or within the game itself?
Did this issue begin after a recent driver or game update?

Does the glowing effect impact all textures or only specific ones (such as weapons, environments, or characters)?
Does this occur in the lobby or menus, or only during active gameplay?

1) Yes I did, I did reinstall the game multiple times. It didnt help.

2)TSAA, the game doesnt let me change AA type.
3)Yes HDR is turned on in windows, tried turning it off didnt help.
4)Issue is there since I bought Intel ARC B580.
5)No, all overlays turned off.
6)It affects only rock textures and singboard on the map.
7)It occur only during active game.

8)Yes multiple times.
9)Tried it didnt help.
10)Yes currently im using the newest drivers.

Thanks for getting back! For further investigation of the issue, please confirm if you have tried to use Display Drive Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove the current/previous graphics driver residuals before updating/installing latest intel graphics driver? if not, please try to use DDU to completely remove residuals and proceed to do a clean installation of latest Intel Graphics driver ⁠32.0.101.8735. Please follow the instructions below:

Uninstall the current/previous graphics driver version using Display Drive Uninstaller (DDU) by following the instructions below:

Download the latest version of the software.

If you download the Installer, run it, it will create a shortcut on the desktop.
If you download the Portable/ self-extracting version, look for the executable and extract it. Remember the path.

Reboot into Windows* safe mode. (Refer to Start your PC in safe mode in Windows.)
Look for the shortcut on the desktop (step 1.1) or the extract path chosen (step 1.2.1) and run the DDU executable.
Click Close in the Options window.
Select device type to GPU and select device to the one you want to remove. If you are doing a clean-up, you can choose all GPUs.
Click Clean and restart or Clean and Shutdown depending on your needs.
Wait for the software to finish the process. It will automatically reboot Windows to the typical mode or shutdown the system.

After completely removing the previous/current driver using DDU, proceed to install the latest Intel Graphics Driver by following the instructions below:

Download ⁠32.0.101.8735
Click the .exe to initiate the driver installation.
Agree to the Intel Software License Agreement.
Click the checkbox to execute a clean installation.
Click Start to begin the install.
Reboot the system if prompted.

It didnt helped me. I did clear install of all drivers. Only change is that my textures now glow blue not red. On certain maps game is unplayable. All screen glowing blue.

did you get any fixes because it got even worse in the new ranked broken moon map. cant see anything but flashing bright red and blue lights. yes i tried reinstalling the drivers, and even the game. did full clean shader cache files, also tried with any sort of overlay on and off still no luck. been having this issue since last few season but it was minimal but now its literally unplayable on this ranked map

シーズン29のこの問題は多くのMAPで出てます。

GeForceやRadeonではこの症状が出てないのが不思議です。

シーズン29のパッチノートを確認すると

今シーズンでは新たにグラフィックの変更があったのでそれも関係していると思いますが

前シーズン28でも同様の問題があったので早い対策を期待してます。

発光するバグなのでAPEXではかなり不利になるので

GeForce30シリーズ～やRadeon6000シリーズ～ではこの問題が発生してない事から

Intelグラボにない調整や設定が上記グラボのDriverでは出来ていると思うので

出来ればこれらを解析して調べて修正して欲しい

空、雲、雪、火山、木など通常では発光してない描写が何らかの原因で

発光してる感じです。

APEXシーズン29のコントロールLABでは木が緑色に発光します（下記画像）

移動すると通常描写になる位置もありますが緑色に発光してた部分は

木の葉全体ではなく木と葉の隙間が発光しているようにも感じます。

光、葉の色、影の認識がIntel Arc B580には欠けてるのかも？

それらが一塊に発光してようにも感じる

木と葉　光と影空間が一緒に表現？

説明が難しいですが前シーズン今シーズンもこの問題を抱えてます。

私も同様にDDUを使用してクリーンインストールをしたり

Intel Arc Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8737

Intel Arc Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8735

Intel Arc Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8724 WHQL

などの新旧ドライバーを試したり

Intel Arc Graphics Softwareの設定をDefaultや順番に設定して確認もしてみましたが

解決には至ってません。

2026年５月４日よりIntelカスタマーサービスへも連絡して

各種資料とSSUも2度提出し現在もやり取りをしてますが

出来ればIntel内での解決ではなくAPEXの担当者としっかり会話をして

修正を行なって欲しいと思います。

Intelの開発者は非常に優秀だとは思いますがAPEXは非常にバグ等が多いゲームです。

毎シーズン微調整しているので前シーズンにはなかった修正をこの木やその他

発光している部分を修正した可能性があります。

ただ先にも書いたようにIntel以外のグラボでこの現象が出てないのが

非常に気になります。

ここを解決しない限り今後も継続して発生する可能性があるので

この機会にAPEXやその他発光等の問題が発生しているゲーム担当者と

話し合いをして欲しいと思います。

グラボをGeForceやRadeonに交換すればと思うかもですが

金銭事情もあるので簡単にはいきません。

迅速な対応を期待してます。

I have the exact same issue. Nothing helped. I've switched driver versions, changed AA and other settings in-game, literally nothing works.

私もこの問題に対する考えられる方法とIntelから提示された方法を全て試しましたが改善は出来てません。

1点良くなったのはDDUを行なっってSteamゲームレコーディングのカクつきが直った事です。

高画質60FPS1440で撮影できました。

APEXのこのバグはGeForceやRadeonの3060や5000シリーズなどの古いモデルでも起きてない事から

Intel Arc の描写に関する何かが関係しているように感じます。

Intel Arc B580の製品ページやベンチマーク、その他の記事を読む感じではIntel Arc B580の方が先に上げたモデルや

ベンチマーク数値が近い最新GPUと比べても見劣りがしない部分が多いので

出来れば開発者達に再度描写に関する設定の見直しをして頂ければと思います。

正直この光バグがない状態なら多少Graphicが悪くても我慢できますが

このまま解決しない状態だとゲームが出来ないのでGeForceかRadeonに交換しなければいけない状態になります。

今回の問題をIntelのみで考えずにAPEXの開発者と話をして改善頂ければと思います。

シーズン28ではAPEX MIXTAPE Control LABでは問題なく綺麗に表示出来ていたので

今シーズン 29の調整で木、空、雪、その他に調整が加えられたと考えられます。

その点を是非Intelの開発者がAPEXに確認をとって解決して欲しいです。

同様の問題を抱えてましたが先程Intelドライバーのダウンロードページで一番古いドライバーをインストールして試した所

Intel Arc Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8250

シーズン29で発生した発光バグが無くなりました。

ただAPEX後にHWiNFOを確認するとCPUの最大使用率が100％近くになってました。

GPUの使用率も最大が93.4％だったのが気になります。

今回の問題ですが推測ですが新技術のXeSS 3 マルチフレーム生成(Multi-Frame Generation)が

関係しているようにも感じます。

APEXに関してですが今回使用したドライバーの改良版があると嬉しいです。

Intel Arc Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8250を使用した時に発生する

CPU,GPU使用率の問題を解決したもの

ドライバーの変更についてはDDU最新とWindowsセーフモードで削除して下さい。

是非試してみて下さい。
