Regarding Resident Evil 9 on your system, please note the following information:

The game shows an “Unsupported graphics card” message during launch.
Intel® Iris® Xe MAX Graphics is not supported for Resident Evil 9.
The game requires specific DirectX 12 hardware features that are not available on Iris Xe MAX.
This limitation is related to hardware compatibility, not the graphics driver, BIOS, or operating system.
Updating drivers, BIOS, or Windows will not enable support for this GPU.
A system with a newer graphics architecture, such as Intel® Arc™, is required to run the game.
