Adjust VRAM: Try reducing your in-game VRAM usage setting to 2GB. This has helped stabilize the visuals for many players while we work on the driver side.

You can find the specific setting for memory allocation within the game's menu:

我更新了8737版本，直接无法启动了，以下是报错：commandline: "D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Apex Legends\r5apex_dx12.exe" -steam -game R2
title: Fatal Error - Engine Error
error: [DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED] : 0x887A0006 - DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG The application's device failed due to badly formed commands sent by the application. This is an design-time issue that should be investigated and fixed.

目前只有8629及以下可以正常启动，以上的版本全部无法启动
1.Steam平台启动的Apex Legends
2.Ultra 7 265K+A770 16G，32G D5 5600 MHz内存，主板是微星PRO B860M-A WIFI
3.Windows版本是win11专业工作站版26200.8246

具体触发情况：
1.点击启动游戏静默闪退，表现为什么都没加载出来，后台进程还未加载完成就消失了

2.点击启动游戏进入游戏开屏动画，但是未进入选择服务器界面就闪退，此时会给出报错信息error: [DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED] : 0x887A0006 - DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

我观察过任务管理器，大部分静默闪退的情况下游戏进程都没有加载正常内存大小，仅不到300mb就迅速闪退，在开屏动画闪退的情况是会加载到正常大小

私もAPEXでこの問題に直面しました。

シーズン28でも起こりましたが赤と青の発光が雪山であり

新シーズンの29では緑の発光が見られます。

ドライバーは下記を試しましたがどちらも同じ状態です。

Intel Arc Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8724 WHQL

Intel Arc Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8737

Softwareの設定もいろいろ試しましたがダメで

現在はデフォルトで使用してます。

対策があればお願いします。

I have the same problem, but I'm using intel arc a750 The situation is even worse on the Crescent Moon map; the entire grassland is glowing.

最新ドライバーから順番に試しましたが

Intel Arc Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8737

Intel Arc Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8425 / 32.0.101.8362 WHQL

上記までのドライバーではこの発光バグが解決せず

現在IntelサイトからDownload可能な一番古いドライバー

Intel Arc Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8250

使用したところ発光バグが起こりませんでした。

ただ古いドライバーの場合

最新技術のXess 3は使用出来ません。

APEXのみ遊ぶ場合は良いですがそれ以外のゲームを利用する場合は

この問題を解決した最新ドライバーが必要です。

APEXのみで考えると最新技術Xess 3か

Intel Arc Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8250 以降に追加したデータが邪魔してるのか

分かりませんが上記ドライバーと最新のドライバーの違いを

Intel側で調査して対応ドライバーを出してくれると助かります。

もしくはIntel Arc Graphics Software内で各ゲーム用にあったドライバーが

選択出来るようになると嬉しいかも

早めに修正ドライバーを出して頂けると助かりまっす。
