I'm having performance issues when streaming on Discord, which is very strange because when I record my screen using the Xbox Game Bar I have almost no noticeable performance drop.

2) We request you to delete the game shader cache and check if the issue persists.

3) Please share your current in-game video/graphics settings for further analysis.

4) Kindly let us know the source from which the game was downloaded. If available, please provide the download link.

5) Please share the game version/build number.

6) Are you running Discord in windowed, fullscreen, or minimized mode while streaming?

7) What streaming resolution and FPS are currently selected in Discord

Is Hardware Acceleration enabled in Discord settings?

Yes, only during the Discord stream.

I already did that and it persists.
The game is on the very high preset.
The game was downloaded via Steam.
It's the current version of the game, 1.4.1.
I usually leave it in fullscreen.
I leave it the same as my monitor, 1080p with 60fps.
Yes, hardware acceleration is enabled on Discord.
