Problem with newer drivers

Hello everyone
I have a problem that i cannot install newer drivers since 4255. With all new version, my system become unstable. when I want to change an app or just open a browser, while my game or another app is open, my drivers crash and sometimes my whole system even drop to death blue screen. Right now i'm sitting on 4146, and it working perfectly. Maybe someone know, what is going on. Also, for some really strange reason, this problem very similar to AMD drivers problem, when i had an RX5700 XT. I'm starting to think, that problems came to me 'cause of my AMD Ryzen 5 5500 processor.

Please share with us the following information to assist with this issue:

Share a short video showing the issue and a picture of the BSOD.
Is Resizable Bar enabled on your system?
Create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attach it.
