Iris XE Graphics and Baldur's Gate 3 Game

Dear Community,

Have anyone tried to start the Baldur's Gate 3 game on Iris Xe graphics?

I know Intel released the 31.0.101.4578 driver just for this game.

But did anyone actually lunched the BG3 on Xe succesfully and play it?

I realy want to play it, but all the info I've found says that Iris Xe Graphics will not run it.

I hope someone actually tried and succeded

Will apreciate the feedback.

Since every system has a different configuration, we require that you install the game and try it. In case you have any error or crash, we can definitely help you in a personalized way. Make sure you take screenshots if an error is present.

Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.

Dear Intel,

My questios was raised, because all the internet says that Iris Xe Graphics is not enough for this game.

All GPU benchmarcs show that Iris Xe Graphics is way less than minimal game requirements.

But I've installed it and tried to run on this GPU.

And I can write only one thing:

Intel - I'm impressed.

All the benchmarks and the info that Xe Graphics wont run this game are actually not true.

Not only the game is running, it is running on Medium Graphics quality.

You did a fantastic job with the integrated GPU.

I have this laptop:

11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7

Irix Xe integrated Graphics

16 GB of RAM

And 31.0.101.4578 driver for the ARC Control

And I play Baldur's Gate 3 om Medium Quality.

That's fantastic.

So yes, you can play BG3 on a laptop.

Issue is closed.

Hi, how did you manage to run this game?
I have same hardware on my asus zenbook flip 13, downloaded same driver, and the game is freezing on lowest graphics settings
