We would be more than happy to help you with the Arc Control problem.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>We have received some reports that the issue is solved after using the&nbsp;<A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Display Driver Uninstaller</A> and then installing the latest version, <A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html?" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">31.0.101.4824</A>.
