Based on the information you have shared, we would like to confirm the following:

What graphics adapter model do you have? In case you are using an Intel Arc, provide us with the exact card model and manufacturer.
What is the affected game? What distribution service did you use to install the game? (Steam, Microsoft store, XBOX Game Pass, Epic Games)
Which driver version have you updated to? Was it the latest 31.0.101.4887?
What driver version did you install previously?
Does the issue improve if you revert your graphics driver?
