only x264(quicksync) can be selected

but there is an AV1(AOM/SVT) option on computers that are not arc gpu (even if it does not support av1 hardware decoding)

Thank you for posting on the Intel communities. I understand that you are not able to select AV1(AOM/SVT) option in OBS while using the Intel® Arc™ Graphics, I know it is very important for you to use this option, I will be more than happy to help you.

To understand this issue in a better way, please answer the following questions:

Were you able to use AV1(AOM/SVT) with previous driver versions?
To know your system configuration run and attach the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU) report, you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.
