    <description>Hi,&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I am writing a package to show all sorts of info and one things that I noticed is that on the i5-2500K and i7-2600K CPU's that the TDP is 255 instead of the 95 Watt I expect (conform datasheet) so what is going on here?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I userdmsr64() to read bothMSR_PKG_RAPL_POWER_LIMIT andMSR_RAPL_POWER_UNIT which masked with 32767 and 15 return 2040 and 3 resulting in: 2040 / 8 = 255 Watt and not 95 Watt&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Is this because this are unlocked CPU's or am I missing something?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The result is that calculating P-States goes nuts.
