32bit/64bit processor - confusion

Hi,

Is there 64-bit and 32-bit version differentiation in VPro enabled processors?
That is, do we have to explicilty state the 32bit/64bit processor while purchasing a vPro enabled machine.

All VPro processors are 64-bit. The OS could be specified as 32- or 64-bit.
