FIPS Certification for Intel Integrated Performance Primitives for Intel Architecture

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if the Intel Integrated Performance Primitives for Intel Architecture has been FIPS 140-2 certified by NIST. I understand tha tthe package follows FIPS compliance but has it been certified? If so what is the certificate number that is associated to it?
