Unable to do Boot from ISO

I am using Intel vPro solution manager its only copy the ISO image to that INTEL machine but unable to boot the system.

What could be the problem?

1. What OS are you on?

2. What version of AMT is your system?

3. What is the configuration of you AMT Client?

4. What version of the vPro Platform Solution Manager are you using?

5. Are there any specific error messages or screen shots that you can share?
