Changing BIOS password

Greetings. I have a question - can I manage of bios password on laptops and pc's (with intel AMT) in our company through powershell script\c# ?

Please note there are 2 separate passwords - a BIOS password is separate from an AMT password.
Which is it that you wish to change?

Intel AMT provides method for changing AMT password but not BIOS passwords.
