How enable ATM and setup on remte computers?

Hello, I would like to known if is possible to hook up AMT on remote computers. They are already installed on users's depts and it would take a while to go at one by one doing the configuration manually. Is it possible do that with any agent installed on the computers? I meaning, using a gui software with default password of AMT for example? or a command line?
