My goal is to import the root partition from one Partial Reconfiguration(PR) design into a new project and create a new VHD file to replace the PR module from the original design. Then designate it as a PR module to create a PR Design Partition. The problem I am having is that, after making the VHD file, I try to right click and designate it as "reconfigurable", but I do not get that option.
