CPU: Intel Core i9-12900K (12th Gen)

OS: Windows

Issue Description:
I am experiencing a persistent crackling and popping sound whenever I playback any audio on my system. This is a high-end gaming PC, and I have never encountered this issue before, but it has recently become a constant problem.

What I Have Attempted So Far:

Toggled and disabled Windows audio enhancements.

Lowered and tested different default audio formats (sample rates/bit depths) in advanced sound settings.

Changed Windows power plans to High Performance to eliminate CPU throttling states.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the default audio drivers via Device Manager.

Despite these adjustments, the crackling noise remains. I am suspecting a potential DPC latency issue, conflict with the 12th Gen architecture power management, or a driver conflict.

Has anyone else faced this with a 12900K setup, or are there specific Intel/motherboard chipset drivers I should target to resolve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers from Device Manager and restarted multiple

I've already tried running diagnostics, doing a hard cleanup, and resetting the system. I also uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers from Device Manager and restarted multiple times, but nothing has worked. pleas help me out. What do I need to do next
