We are excited to announce that Intel® Collaboration Suite for WebRTC (Intel® CS for WebRTC) will be presented and showcased at the Intel Developer Forum (IDF) in Shenzhen, China, taking place in April 8-9 2015. Get firsthand experience of WebRTC technology and learn about this technology in our technical session: Creating High-Performance Communication Solutions with Intel® Collaboration Suite for WebRTC. What is new with Intel CS for WebRTC?

The Intel® Collaboration Suite for WebRTC (Intel® CS for WebRTC) version 2.0 is available and can be downloaded here. This release increases reliability of the multipoint control unit (MCU) server and flexible room mode with both forward and mixing streams. The Intel CS for WebRTC Client SDK provides a comprehensive error handling and recovery for reliability and ease of use.

New features include (refer to the Release Notes for full feature list and changes):

· Provides both forward and mix streams for participants with different processing capabilities and network bandwidth.

· Added customized video layout configuration for MCU mixed video stream output, which is compliant with RFC5707 Media Server Markup Language (MSML).

· Added the following intelligent QoS controls (NACK, FEC, and dynamic bitrate control), to improve conference quality against packet loss and network bandwidth variance.
