    <description>the following command works on my asus eeepc &lt;BR /&gt;on puppy linux lucid 5.2.8, &lt;BR /&gt;but does not work on puppy linux racy 5.3:&lt;BR /&gt;[bash]xrandr --output LVDS1 --mode 1024x600 --fb 1024x768 --panning 1024x768[/bash] &lt;BR /&gt;this command enables a panning desktop on a small netbook 1024x600 display. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if not the correct place to ask this question, please direct me to appropriate forum.</description>
