{NEW} Multi OS Engine Module does not show up.

Just installed the plugin, trying the tutorial here https://software.intel.com/en-us/node/633229.

Right-click anywhere inside the Project tab on the left side. This creates the module in the root of the Android project. Choose New and Multi-OS Engine Module.

When I right click, it doesn't show the new MOE module. Can't find it in the new module either. Did I install it incorrectly?
