Hi,

The LINUX license you currently have will work for the windows OS for Analyzers, but not compiler tools. You will have to talk to the reseller team to look into this issue and get the appropriate license for your OS.

Parallel Studio: mistakenly downloaded Linux version

I got a licence key for Parallel Studio XE (Cluster edition) 2018 and I wanted it for Windows. However, during the registration process, I mistakenly activated and downloaded the version for Linux. Is there a way I could download and activate the Windows version with the same licence key? I have no use for the Linux version.
