I`m a student and writing my thesis in the embedded section. I need to know more about the future of µC and µP, or how they could be. I`m searching a document that describes that (not only with nice colorful pictures). Maybee you can help me.

You are asking a rather broad question. I'm not sure there is a single document with the answer but rather there are volumes of docs on intel.com that describe all kinds of technologies.
